[SOLVED] Help! My pc suddenly become extremely slow!

[using google in BSOD]

so today, i did just deleted some prefetch data and the entire temp files.
suddenly, my pc run so slow even slower than my i3 2nd gen 2 GB DDR3 2010 laptop when running windows 10 at high quality settings.
here's my specs:
Intel i7 4770k
GTX 750 TI
asus Z87 A motherboard
8 GB ram ddr3
PSU thermaltake 500w
250 GB SSD for windows and some games
1 TB HDD for others

and here are things i've done:
-cleaning all useless files
-defrag the HDD
-stopping all background apps
-overclocking it a bit (both CPU and GPU)
-applying better thermal paste and adding more fans.
-lowering my windows 10 settings
-deactivating cortana

and it's still struggling even to just turn on from the sleep mode.
please help!

run any scans on the ssd?
How full is ssd as they will slow down if they get too full.
updated chipset drivers?

deleting prefetch will slow down some things for sure

Well, I don't see the use in overclocking or other hardware-related troubleshoot solutions because the catalyst was the deleting of the files. Here is a thread from Microsoft explaining what prefetch files do, I encourage you to take a look.
