My pc turns on and immediately turns off after 10-15seconds.

I tried reseating the ram and CMOS battery, removing the GPU and using the igpu but still the same. Now I don't know what to do.

It doesnt show anything in the monitor now

Solution
I have a cheap voltmeter to test all my batteries for flashlights, garage door openers etc.
The usual motherboard battery is a 3v cr2032 which you should be able to buy anywhere.
Removing the battery and replacing it just resets all of the bios to default.
If you need something else to run, a bad battery will not old the changes.
Just a shot in the dark.

It is spinning, do I need to re-apply the paste since last time I used the PC is about 4months ago?

I5-6400, cryorig H5 ultimate
What seem to be problem?

I doubt the cooler is the issue.
Your cpu is a relatively cool running processor.

The 10 second delay suggests a heat issue.
Usually failures are immediate.
I assume you can't get into the bios.

Can you test with just a single ram stick?
Long time ago, I had a similar failure when it took windows some time to address the particular spot in ram that was bad.

Test ram with memtest86+ when you can.
You should get NO errors for a full pass.

It never ends on restarting. Actually I only have 1 ram on it. And yeah I can't even go to the bios, so how do i test the ram? I just keep reseating them and sadly it's not working

Is this a new build, or did this once work and no longer does?

You might get this kind of problem if you damaged a cpu socket pin during install.

Remove the cpu and look carefully to see if there are any pins in the socket out of alignment.
This kind of damage is easy to cause if you smoosh the cpu around in the socket instead of dropping it straight in.

This is working way back but I've been gone and can't use it for like 3-4 months and now this happened. So I don't know the real reason

Magically it is now working! But replacing the battery doesn't fix it at first so I tried cleaning the whole system, remove dusts and now it is working.

Thanks man!
