Help !!, my pc won't turn on, only the led from the ram heatsink is blinking.

This morning, my pc still working completely fine. But until this evening, when i come back, it won't turn on anymore, when i hit the power button, nothing happen, even the motherboard led light won't come on, too. Only the led from the avexir ram heatsink comes on , blinking.
Here is my pc specs:
Core i5 6600k
msi z170a krait gaming MB
16gb of ram single stick
PSU: Seasonic snow silent 750w.
GTX 1060 gaming X 6gb.
I think the psu should be enough to power on my system, cuz in the last 9 months, everything works perfectly fine, even when i run furmark, aida64 stress test, until this evening. Now , my pc won't on, i literally cannot do anything.

Disconnect the power cable from the PSU.
Press the power button for 15 seconds.
Remove the RAM stick and place it in another RAM slot.
Connect the power cable to the PSU.
Power the PC?
Any changes?

Have tried it, but it only works for the first time. The second time, when i shut down and power on the pc again, this happen again, pc won't turn on, only the led from ram is blinking

I am going to take a guess you tried to overclock your ram and overdid it, as in this picture reset cmos and reboot.

Ok, so the RAM stick appear to be fine.
Have you tried resetting the BIOS to default settings?
Also
Check all power connections from the PSU to the motherboard.
Check that the video card is seated properly.

nope, i didn't even touch the xmp mode in bios
