HELP my poor RAM!

My Computer boots up when it wants to it gets stuck sometimes on
verifing DMI pool data .... or when u try to enter the bios. This has
started since i added my new ram PC2700 512 DDR333, before i had
PC2100 DDR266.
I also overclock my pc so this proably doesn't help! I was
overclocking my old ram from 266 to 316, and i am underclocking this
new ram from 333 to 316, because my motherboard doesn't allow me to
have ram over 333 because of my CPU which is P4 FSB533 2.8. If i had a
FSB800 i would be alowed to OC this ram.
OLD: P4 FSB533 2.8 @ 3.33 133X21 @ 158X21
PC2100 256 DDR266 266 @ 316
MB GA-8IPE1000-L
NOW: P4 FSB533 2.8 @ 3.33 133X21 @ 158X21
PC2700 512 DDR333 333 @ 316
MB GA-8IPE1000-L
Temps for CPU are alright; idel=25C full=40C

i am only using one pice of ram which is the 512mb PC2700. I cant
leave the ram the same speeds as i am overclocking. Before i upgraded
my pc was fine!

On my otherpost of this they said it could be my psu, so i upgraded to
550w and it made no difference, Is it that it needs more or less
voltage because its underclocked if not i will sell this and go back
to Pc2100? and has anyone else had this problem?
Just have to pull the plug out about 30 times and eventually got it to
work this is getting anoying and nothing seems to work!

It seems you have the answer but are either too ignorant to actually do it
or have no idea what you've already done. Reset your bios to it's deafult
settings then if it works after that, start to adjust things, one at a time.
