Question Help! My Ryzen 7 1700 is running at 37 degrees celsius and my AM4 chipset is running at 44 degrees celsius in my UEFI. Is this safe or not?

Help! My Ryzen 7 1700 is running at 37 degrees celsius and my AM4 chipset is running at 44 degrees celsius in my UEFI. Is this safe or not? Note that I am not OC my build and my room temperature is 82 F.

Your statement doesn't make any sense. Your componenents cannot be running cooler than your ambient.

37C and 44C seem ok but an ambient of 80C would be 176F. I don't think so.

I meant that my room temp at my area is 80 Fahrenheit (27C)

Those temps are fine.

Basically, as long as you don't hit 65-70 degrees, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. from there to 80 or 85 is basically very ok for short periods but it's not really good for long times.

Hey, sorry for coming in here like this. Is it normal for my cpu temp to be much higher in the bios than in windows? In windows idle is around 30-36 while in bios is 45-46
