Help, my screen is acting weird!

Well recently my screen started going all weird, first time it happened it eventually stopped, but now it's happened for the second time and it's not stopping now, here's a screenshot of what exactly is happening (It doesn't happen on my second monitor unless I disconnect the first monitor's cable):

I'm not exactly sure why it's doing this either, perhaps someone here knows?
