Help my screen turns black somone hell

Hello ,my PC turns black after a couple of second after booting , the graphics for logos for ASRock come up, after it finished loading it just turns black while me not being able to press anything, I believe I turns black just before the login screen for Windows 10 please help,I'm using Windows 10,also i installed the latest driver's while on safe mode how ever the screen still became black without it.

It sounds like you are re-using windows 10 that was installed on another system. If that is the case then its stalling on trying to load drivers for hardware that is no longer there. You're quickest recourse, IMO, is to reinstall win10 and then your motherbd & GPU drivers.
