Help! My SSD says "System Reserved" and says I have 23gb available out of 23 gb when it should be 120gb

I don't think I have windows 10 on it either, I just installed windows 10 on my hard drive about a few minutes ago. What do I do?!

How did you install Windows 10..via update?

If you can:
WindowsKey + R -to open up a run box,
type; cmd -hit enter key
In the command prompt window that appears,
type; diskpart -hit enter key
at diskpart prompt type; list disk -hit enter
