[SOLVED] Help!!! My system powers up but won't boot no power to USBs

Usb keyboard/mouse not powering up ,no input to my display (but power to the headset usb as light is on) I've tried powering up on my Display port monitor and my HDMI monitor. I have a x370 mobo with the latest bios pared with the Ryzen 3600. It was working half hour before I tried rebooting after picking my friend up.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: AMD RX 5700-XT
SSD: Samsung 960 Evo NVMe PCIe M.2 250GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2016)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB
MBD: MSI X370 GAMING PLUS (MS-7A33)

check the ram with one stick installed; check each rams and ram slots one by one... the headset usb may be connected to the front panel usb ports and hence turns on

Thankyou sooooooooooooo much! I booted with one stick in slot two and it worked fine. I turned it off and put the other back in and it works wonders. Thank you again ❤️
