Hello,
I would like to get my vectrex to work again. I have always used it
and stored properly (i wasn't a violent kid), however after 15 years
without playing it, i couldn't get it to work. When i switch it on,
nothing happens. No image, no sound. It did do some sort of buzzing at
some point, but i'm not sure it still does it.
I brought to a electric goods repair guy but he said he wouldn't touch
it.
Anybody has a clue what might be the cause of the problem ? I thought
maybe the experts on this board have identified a similar problem
which vectrex are known to experience after years of inaction ?
Then I can try see another electric repair man and ask him to check my
machine following your advices ! That would be so great ! I was a Web
warp king in my childhood, it's about time i get my crown back !
