So I bought a USB 3.0 Express Card for my Dell Latitude E6420 laptop, and restarted the computer, and after doing so the computer just kept rebooting and rebooting with no end. I did not create an image or a backup, which I should've done. But I don't want to reset my computer at is has a lot of personal data on it! Please I need help on it. What would be a good solution? Thanks!

Think we need to uninstall that driver and see if that fixes boot. We will see about fixing driver after windows works.

on another computer, download this and create a windows 10 install USB or DVD (its just a boot disc)

Win 10 media creation tool

once you have it, change boot order in the dell so USB or DVD (which ever you made) is first, hdd is second
boot from installer, on the screen after it asks for languages, select repair this pc, not install
select troubleshoot
select advanced
select start up options
in next screen, choose one of the 3 menu options for safe mode
pc will restart in safe mode

right click start button
select device manager

I don't know exactly where your card will show up here, it might be in the...

I don't know exactly where your card will show up here, it might be in the Universal Serial Bus controllers menu (that would be obvious)

locate card and right click on it, select properties, Driver tab, and uninstall the driver.

restart pc and see if it boots normally.

What is the brand of the USB 3.0 Expresscard and model because knowing that you can get the right driver installed. The above information is correct to following. But in the future is best to get driver from the manufacture website then hopefully you didn't get the driver from a third-party website.
