I have decided that I want to start streaming. I need help putting togther a PC that meets the Elgato HD 60s requirements. The requirements are
Windows:

• Windows 10 (64-bit)
• 4th generation quad‑core Intel Core i5 CPU (i5-4xxx or comparable)
• Intel HD, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 600 series or VCE 3.x compatible AMD graphics (or better)
• 4 GB RAM, built-in USB 3.x port
• Internet connection
I have tried putting some options together on Pcpartpicker but am having trouble. I thought I had a good one put together but I discovered AMD Ryzen Does not have integrated graphics.
I already have a hard drive and Windows 10, I just need help with the pc. I also plan on doing lite video editing but figure a pc with those requirements can handle that.

Thanks so much for the help:)

Note: CPU is 2 core 4 threaded and i can't say if you have to use 4 core CPU for Elgato HD 60s. Performance wise, G4620 is same as i5-4440 (the minimum required in sys req),
comparison: http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-4440-vs-Intel-Pentium-G4620/1993vs3895

But if you do need to use 4 core CPU then replacing G4620 with i5-6400 is cheapest option but it will also go over the budget. Like so:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i5-6400 2.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($177.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI - H110M Pro-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill - NT Series 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($42.89 @ OutletPC)

Of course, all above are brand new prices. If you could get e.g i5-6400 from 2nd hand market as used one, it may very well fit within your $350 budget.
