Help! Need PC parts for a Gaming PC!

I need a great PC for recording games. I need a computer so i can record CSGO, LoL , Rocket League etc at high FPS with good quality when put into an editing software. I will pursue to build this computer but i have no idea where to start. Please comment all the PC parts below and tell me why are these good. To summarize, i need a PC that records CSGO, LoL, Rocket League etc at high FPS without lagging and with good quality when editing. Thanks.

The problem I have right now is that Nvidia will Launch the new Pascal graphic cards (Gtx 1080 and 1070) it means that you should wait the 1070 for having massive price drops at the older 970 or maybe buying the 1070. Fraps eats a lot of frames that´s why Shadow play from Nvidia its on my opinion better

Shadowplay shouldt give much frame drops, I get with my gtx 770 230fps in CSGO all max out so with shadow play I guess you will never be under the 100Fps but you SHOULD WAIT FOR PASCAL!!! dont buy yet the system wait for pascal xD thx
