Question Help needed ! Fans spin, No Beep No POST ? Dead Cpu ? Dead Mobo ?

Hello, I m having some issue and i m running out of idea..
Here's the deal, i'm unable to get my system to post, i dont really care about booting in windows for now.. The system was working completly fine before.

No post, fan spinning.

Previously working system component
CPU- AMD Athlon II (ADX450WFK32GM) *1
MOBO-ASUS M5A97
GPU-Radeon HD6790
DDr3 Ram

Since i was not getting a post, i taught that the mobo could be dead so i baught a used GA-970A-DS3P.
I took all of the component out of the case and replaced it on the "new" motherboard. Still no post
Confused, i taught it could be the psu, so i tried a known good psu. Still no luck...
I also tried with a known good gpu (GTX1060).
i also tried with a known good ram stick(Old ddr3 Samsung).

i Also have 2 more processor laying around
-AMD Athlon II (ADX620WFK42GI)*2
AMD Phenom II (HDT90ZFBK6DGR)*3


**The ram is correctly seated
None of all 3 cpu pins are bent
When i'm trying stuff, i only plug :
-The 24 pin connector
-cpu power connector
-cpu fan
-gpu power connector**


So at this point i tried :

As far as i know, the 3 cpu should be compatible with the 2 motherboard
Maybe not the Phenom with the old mobo
And all 3 cpu should support ddr3 ram

I didnt see any speaker on both mobo so i pluged the case speaker
i also tried booting without any ram to see if i would get a sound out of the speaker but no luck..

EDIT- All 3 cpu are getting warm. Does that help ?

So... yeah... i think i'm f*, do i have 2 fried motherboard ?
Or do i have 2 good motherboard and 3 frien cpu ?

Ii doesn't post you said ? Does that means it's completely dead, or do you have any lights on mobo at al?

Does the fans spin at all, just ever so slightly?

Have you tried to short the PWR pins on the motherboard (in case the button on the case or it's wiring is defect) ?

Have you tried to jumpstart PSU (while not inserted in case or connected to anything) - just to rule that out ?

First of all, thanks for your response, i really appreciate it.

The cpu and gpu fan are running but im not getting any output. Its not even a black screen, my monitor is telling me : No signal ( Monitor is good )

On the old mobo, there is 2 led light, on the 'new' one there is none
-the first one is constant green and is labeled as pwrled on the board ( I think it can only do green)
and the other one is a dram led (with a button beside it)) wich is flashing red (i think the led can only do red)
The dram led is always flashing red, even if i boot without any ram or with 4 stick or 1 stick of ram

The fan spins, its not max speed but its at a decent speed ( similar to a normal running system)

I was shorting the pin in my first couple test but it was annoying so i hooked my case power button (its good)

The psu come from my personal rig wich run daily so i really dont think its part of the equations

Hm, so you have replaced every possible component and still get the same result ?

None of all 3 cpu pins are bent

Can you rephrase this ?

Did you unplug any storage devices when trying to start ?
