I would recommend you getting those items:

Power Supply: Seasonic SSR-650RT S12G Series 650W Power Supply
https://www.amazon.in/Seasonic-SSR-650RT-S12G-Power-Supply/dp/B00FW6EIIW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1536915973&sr=8-1&keywords=seasonic+s12g

SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 250gb
https://www.amazon.in/Samsung-2-5-Inch-Internal-Mz-76E250Bw-Inches/dp/B079DTMNWC/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1536916488&sr=1-2&keywords=samsung+evo+850

And two sticks of the RAM you selected.

This is going a bit over your budget, but would boost the PC quite significant.

What is your maximum budget?

Overall it seems to be a decent low budget gaming build, but there are three major concerns:

- The PSU you selected should be avoided at any cost. Pick something from the Tier 1 or Tier 2 units from this list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/
- AMD Ryzen CPUs really need dual channel RAM to perform at it's best. Consider two sticks of RAM, not one.
- It would be very beneficial to get an SSD to speed up system boot and games loading time. Get something like Samsung EVO 850 (or 860) 250gb.

I agree. Still samsung is pricy option with best performance.
any SSD like mx300, mx500, bx300, bx500, evo 860, evo 850 will do the magic and you can strike a better deal.

if possible pick mx500/bx500 or evo 860 as its never and some upgrades were made in the process.

Personally, I would avoid Crucial mx300, bx300, and bx500, not that much cheaper, but significantly less performance.
The Crucial mx500 is a great option though.

Anyway, any reliable SSD would be a significant boost over an HDD.
