Help NEEDED FOR COOLER OPTIONS FOR FX-8350 AND OTHER OVER-HEATING PROBLEMS

Hi guys,

Ive recently bought a new pc

my specs:

amd fx8350
nvidia gtx 960 gaming edition oc
8 gigs coarsair vengence ram
msi 970a-g43 motherboard

after fixing up the noise of the stock fan is way too loud i have seen other people also complained about this but i'm did not find a solution to which cooler i should prefer .

as of now i tried playing assassin creed unity it plays smooth that's not a problem but the temp of the cpu raises to am max of 75c (room temp was about 34c while playing) and has an average about 60-65c people have a max of 61 (atleast thats what i have heard) is it normal ?

Question
1)can my motherboard handle those temperatures?
2) i'm not going to overclock my cpu or gpu but can anyone tell me what cooler should i opt for an cooler master hyper tx3 or 212 evo (im not going to overclock) ?
3)and can someone please tell me do i need to care about the temperatures of the gpu ?

Hyper 212 EVO. Your motherboard might be able to handle those temps, its a good thing you are not overclocking because MSI boards suck with it. Keep an eye on your CPU temps as this one seems to get pretty hot sometimes. Any above 80c will shut down your system, normal idle temps should be around 40c, in some cases 60c is normal only if you are overclocked. Also make sure to get high quality thermal paste, something like Arctic Silver 5.

GPU temps you should not care about unless its 90c, CPU temps you should always keep an eye on. If the EVO is too big consider something smaller such as one of Cooler Masters other variants.

part of the issue here is your room temp of 34c. as has been said the hyper 212 is good and reasonably priced, but it may be too big for some cases. Consider the CM sedion 120v, which is one of the cheapest AIO liquid coolers, and will fit in most cases that support 120mm fans. looking at the pics on this page http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/cm-force-500/ it should fit most 120mm AIO water coolers. i have this http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-liquid-cooler/seidon-120v/ its very good, but the fan can become noisy at its max speed, but if your not OC'ing that wont likely happen, it will also depend on the fan speed profile you set in bios. You can always swap the fan for a quieter fan but it wont likely cool as well, but probably still better than amd's stock cooler.

what country are you ??
you picked a bad board for an 8 core fx mate,I wouldnt comtemplate any tower cooler or water cooler as you need some airflow over the vrm's on that board or they will be burning up under load.

You want to be looking at a flat blower cooler (same style as the stock one) in your case - what's availabel will depend on your location

i'm a little tight on my budget now so as im not going to over clock and put up a 212 evo will the vrm's still be under risk ?

ive heard from people that its going to fit in my case leaving some tight space and im a little less on the budget now so im wanting to fit the 212 evo in my cm force 500 from cooler master and will my vrm's be affected by any sort of burning and im not the guy who is going to tweek the bios and stuff

Honestly mate with your room temps etc I wouldn't use an evo on your setup.
34c ambient / 75c cpu is comparable to what I get with room temp 21 / 60-65 CPU.

I'm going to go out on a limb & from your tag & temps assume you're from India?? (I apologise if I'm wrong but I did ask)

Its a good flat down blower ,should drop 10-15c off your CPU temps & cools the vrm's at the same time.

after a quick google the thing about the vrm's is correct, some even failing without an overclocked 8 core cpu, and yes the hyper 212 will JUST fit. something like this > http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835708011 can be used on the VRM's with this > http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1K62430302&cm_re=ceramique-_-9SIA1K62430302-_-Product thermal compound.
Since your case has room for a side panel fan you could use that to blow cool air over the vrms and have an AIO watercooler exhausting its hot air out the back of the case. And use the two front fans as intake for some additional air flow. If you havnt actually fitted any exhaust fan to your case then that would be a start.
