Help needed for gaming build

I would like some help in a new pc build,I have tried my hand with these two

Since i have no previous experience, I have no idea as to which one is better so suggest one, feel free to make any changes with any of the builds, both are mostly the same with exception of CPU,GPU and mobo

The PSU in both is not good. Change for Antec, XFX, Seasonic.

I would use pcpartpicker but it doesnt support my country also the main spirit of the question is
i5 4440 and gtx 960
Or
Fx-6300 and gtx 970

I do not like the 6300. It is at the end of it's new life and is pretty old tech. I would buy a the 4440 build but with a proper PSU. 550w is plenty. Use the brands I listed.

So will gtx 960 last long enough? I mean will it run games for at least 2- 3 years? also will a r9 280x be a better choice?

The 960 will be perfectly fine for 2-3 years but expect to be at medium settings at best by then.

buying a gaming pc you are going to want the 970 its way more powerful than the 960 and will last ages if you got the 960 you would regret it because its not as good by a long shot

if you want a solid pc base it around this change a few parts if you want but this shows the performance youll be getting

I will surely consider it, But i5 4460 AND a 970 are a bit out of my budget, so i have to compromise on either one

if you saved up for 2 weeks to get them you wouldnt regret it

This is as far as i was able to get and it is still under my budget somehow,
Newegg shows far lesser prices than my country's indigenous sites prices
