Help needed for my first gaming PC build

So for the past couple of weeks I've been trying to compile a list of parts for my first budget AMD gaming build. I have a vague idea of what I want and have made a almost complete list of the parts that i will need. But, since this is my first build I just need some peace of mind from somebody that this should, in theory, work!

Operating system will be windows 7 home premium 64 bit.

So my questions are:

What power supply will need to power this?
Is everything compatible?
How will this run games? (over-clocking will happen I'm sure!)

The GPU doesnt take 450W on its own, it just tries to take in the common system requirements into the calculation.
The GPU takes something like 250W, usually not even that much.

We have never talked about it in detail, but the interface is enough to deter me anyway.
