Help needed for my new build--Completely Newbie

Ok so I am looking to build a pc for my office. My business had 6 different locations and the purpose of the pc would be to monitor ip cameras from all locations. So I will e having 8 monitors hooked up to it. I am thinking eyefinity 6 ...2 cards crossfired. I am looking at motherboard but it says quard sli....is that the same as crossfired. Any help in choosing the components would be really appreciated. I have no budget so it can be expensive
