Hello!

So I've been wanting to upgrade my pc so that I could play some of the new games, mainly pubg with my friends. These are my specs:

-Intel Core i5 3330 3.0GHz
-GA-H61M-S1 1155 DDR3 motherboard
-4GB DDR3 1333MHz
-GTX650 1GB DDR5 128bit
-LG monitor 1440x900
-500 W Power supply

I thought of upgrading my video card and adding another 4 GB of ram. My budget allows me to buy (where i live the prices are not so good):

-GT 1030 2GB (cheapest)
-RX 560 D 2GB (middle ground)
-GTX 1050 D5 2GB (most expensive)

The 1050 is 60% more expensive than the 1030 and 16% more expensive than the RX 560. Which one would fit the best and be more cost-efficient in this case? I'm not looking for ultra graphics or such, since I play on 900p. I just need the games like Pubg to be playable in an average way.

I would personally choose the RX 560 for the price to performance. It competes directly with the GTX 1050 and, for the most part, performs the same. It has also been shown to do better in some games albeit by a small margin. There are other games where the 1050 takes the cake.

For PUBG at that resolution I would definitely stick with 560. The 1030 is more for a basic home use PC and it’s not really a gaming card.

If you want to play PUBG you will need at least a GTX 1050Ti and 8GB of ram to actually have good playable frame rates at reasonable settings.

PUBG is a very high resource game, both GPU and CPU.
