Help needed, laptop is dead

Recently i open up my Asus X550DP to do some fan cleaning. Then after assembling it back, i try to turn it on but it cant. It just dead. And whenever i connect the built-in battery to the motherboard, the bottom part of the board gets hot. Like really hot. I think its near the power connector of the board.

Well something could have been damaged when you were in it cleaning, or something could have not been properly reconnected. I would check that first.
