Question HELP NEEDED, PC IS NOT TURNING ON PROPERLY, CANT CABLE MANAGE, LOUD

i upgraded my pc with an corsair CV450 and a new micro case and added a fan but i could cable manage it and also it just turns on, but when its time to boot into windows, it shuts off, the ssd in there has windows, and idk, im worried, the pc cables are everywhere and i dont want my pc to die.

Update your post with full system hardware specs and OS information.

Can you be more specific about "pc cables are everywhere"?

Did you mix and match PSU cables when you installed the Corsair CV450?

Go to the motherboard's manufacturer's website. Find and download the applicable motherboard User Guide/Manual.

Double check all connections and cables.

Do the same for the new case. Get the case manual and map front panel case connections to the motherboard.

Hopefully there is just something that is improperly connected or perhaps not fully and firmly connected.

Im going to RMA the case as its too small, but now my front pannel conectors are labeled sleep and idk wtf
