Hello everyone I am in need of some expert help!
I am running:
-Apevia X-Trooper Mid Case
-Asus M5A97 2.0 AM3+ Motherboard
-AMD FX 8-Core Processor- Black Edition
-AMD Radeon HD6670 2GB GDDR3 PCI-E Video Card
-8GB DDR2-3 RAM ( can't remember what DDR#)
-1TB SATA HDD
-160 GB SATA HDD
-500 Watt PSU

I am looking to upgrade my GPU in order to play games at much better settings.

OPTION 1: My question is should I buy another Radeon 6770, and use a crossfire connection to achieve better performane? The only problem that I think I may have and im not sure, is that I only have (1) 16xPCI-E & (1) 8xPCI-E. Wont that mean that both GPU's will run at 8x and not 16x?

OPTION 2: Spend $200+ on a single GPU with at lease 2-4GB of DDR5. I am favouring this option. Please let me know which graphics card is the best for my situation.
I have been looking at the:
Gigabyte GeForce GTC 650 w/ 4GB DDR5 - $179.99

If you're looking for a $200 GPU, you're probably best served with a R9 270x. If you mean you want to spend $200 or more, well, the sky is the limit, and I think the top single-card solution is the R9 295x or whatever their dual card is called.
