Help needed please

Helo again people, i just installed my new Graphics card and ive received my Samsung syncmaster S24D300HL monitor today as well so its the firt time ive used both of them and i am not happy, the quality seems to be a lot worse. My old TV and the on board graphics was doing better than this, i haven't a clue what im doing and also my soud is not working as my monitor does not have built in speakers so i plugged my old speakers in and nothing. If anyone could help me and if they could download a program called team-viewer or if they already have it so they can access my computer and sort the problem for me, i would appreciate this a lot.

Please i need this sorting its doing my eyes in.

I would even pay a little via paypal to whoever helps me get the quality and setting right.

I just downloaded the latest driver and software from amd and installed it now my monitor is not displaying in full screen i went into amd catalyst and put the scaling right up but the text and over all quality of the display just looks cheap and horrible.

latest drivers installed correctly?......... also, you could have gone to windows updates and it would have been done for you.

if you right click on the monitor and go to properties and then settings............. see anywhere to change the resolution?.......... change it to the native resolution and refresh rate that is right for your monitor......... whatever that may be.

my reso is in 1080p its just the whole image quality and the text seems blured and not crisp it all need setting properly. Do you have skype my friend or could you access my pc and sort it for me please? i can py you a little if you can fix it for me

i don't have skype and you're nuts to let somebody ( stranger ) on the net have access to your pc. open the CCC and look around until you find your monitor ot tv and adjust settings.

I honestly dont know what im doing though. Id rather someone do it that knows what they are doing. I just feel like sending the monitor and GPU back now i thought it would be as simple as installing them and it would be fine lol.

you had the monitor plugged to you motherboard . then you installed a new graphics card. then yu hooked the monitor to that and booted. at the desktop you went to windows updates and installed the updates?????

Well i installed the GPU and then i tested it at my dads and it worked and looked fine on his monitor sicnce i brought it home and put it on my new monitor that came today it looks completley different and worse than my on board graphics and the 26inc tv i was using yesterday :/

Also why is my sound not working i did hav it through the hd cable on my tv i was using yesterday but my new monitor is not got buiolt ins speakers so i plugged my 2.1 speakers ina nd its not working :/

you may need to disable the on board graphics in the BIOS.

the sound.......... control panel sound/enable correct device.......... when the graphics driver was installed it also installed and now defaults to hdmi sound.
