[Help Needed] Potential Bottleneck?

I have a PC with an:

AMD A10-68000k APU with Radeon HD Graphics 4.10 GHz Processor with 10GBs of RAM, and in January I installed a GeForce GTX 6GB 1060.

I was getting great FPS on everything, and now my FPS has cut in half and I can't get it back up. I tried numerous settings in game (everything on low) as well as on my Nvidia Control Panel, as well as reinstalled Windows and fact reset my comp, reinstalled the games and the FPS is still half to a third of what is once was. Anyone have an ideas? Is there a way I can see if something is broken?

Yes an A10 is going to bottleneck a 1060 pretty hard.

What is your PSU?
Why the 10gb of ram? 2x4gb would be better in dual channel mode then adding a 2gb stick in single channel mode.
