EDIT:Game found...Called "King of Dragon Pass"
I didn´t play the game but watched a youtuber play it..Sadly that was a long time ago and I didnt have him subscribed and I cant find him anymore.
The game seems to be pre 2000,the graphics pixely and it was 2D but had a very old RPG art form to it.
The game was a strategy game in which you had a village,people in it and etc and it had RPG Elements..It was kinda turnbased where each next turn would be a new season..It had RPG elements such as having different type of people who had their own sets of skills and everybody believed in their own god..That said there are TONS of Pagan Gods here..I know that you had to have people in a council and there would be events almost every season..Some include a bunch of men disappearing in the forest being lured into it by a gorgeous lady and you had multiple options what to do...
A Main feature for the game was that you could send an expedition group and send them anywhere on the map being lead by a special character and some soldiers (Or Thanes which were like soldiers just a lot stronger) and depending where you send them would give random stuff...There was for example a very big mountain range and if you send the group there,there would be a high chance they don´t return cause they got eaten by a dragon.
Another feature of the game would be that after upgrading your village a little bit you would form federations with other villages nearby and after that become a kingdom which is like the next era,step in the game.
Also one thing that kinda stuck with me is that for the council you could put a Jester in it and he would do some wacky stuff and give the worst advice ever.
From now on I´m gonna be just putting out some events I know that happened just for some extra help:
A kid would throw fecies at the local temple and everybody fears he angered the gods and they will bring bad luck the next seasons..
A Man from another village would come seeking refuge from some men..Later on those men would comd to your village wanting the man so they could kill him.
During an expedition group..The group could find a large shaft and drop down it only to find a very large Dwarven settlement.
If you have a Jester in your council and a very large...Rat-Porcupine(?) infestation happened..You can use the jester to manipulate those beasts into another village to create some havoc there.
Thats mostly it for the key parts of the game..If you know the name of the game or even the Youtuber who actually played the game..Please post it cause it was a really cool game.
