Question Help needed to Reset ASU’s X553M Laptop

I am trying to reset my granddaughter’s Asus X553M laptop, as she wants it wiped clean to sell. I believe it originally had Windows 8.1, but her other late grandfather installed Windows 10 on it. It has a password for her to enter, which she knows. It also shows Administrator on the desktop, but she doesn’t know that password.
I hold F9 to enter the reset procedure, but when I go to remove all data it asks me for the original operating media or recovery media. She doesn’t have either. Any help would be appreciated, as I have searched for a solution but with no luck.

Not "reset", but rather a full wipe and reinstall of Win 10.

Also, you need to remove that device from the associated MS account.
