Hello, thanks for clicking on my thread.

I have basic knowledge of computers. I know how to build one, etc, etc. But I have absolutely no clue how to upgrade from my current setup. All advice and suggestions are appreciated.

Here's my build :

Motherboard --> M55S-S3. Chipset NVIDIA nForce 550. It's from Gigabyte Technology.

CPU --> AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+

Graphics card --> NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 1GB.

Memory --> DDR2 4GB.

If there is anything else you would like to know, please let me know.

I'm willing to spend about 300-350$ on an upgrade. The upgrade is mostly for gaming.
I'd like to be able to run games from 2014 and up.

Thanks in advance !

and then start saving up for a new graphics card. maybe an r9 280 or the new gtx 960 @ $200. that'll do everything at 1080p 60fps.
