I've spent hours reading the othe threads on this or similar issues and none of the solutions have worked for me.

My brother force shut down my CPU by holding the power button while it was in hibernation, and when I came back and turned it on, it went to a black screen with two options.

The page reads as follows: "The last attempt to resume the system from its previous location failed. Attempt to resume again?
1)Continue with system resume
2)Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu.
Enter= choose." My keyboard is unresponsive, thus here I am stuck.

Solutions I have tried are as follows:
1) I went into BIOS and checked that the USB keyboard and USB Legacy Support are enabled.
2) Reset BIOS to default settings
3) USB to PS/2 adapter.
4) PS/2 keyboard.
5) I unplugged the power cord, pulled out the CMOS battery and waited half an hour as was suggested on a different thread to put it into a reset mode.
6) Spammed F1, F2, F5, F8, F12 to get to the advanced system boot menu to launch in safe mode but those keys, and all others except for DEL are unresponsive on both keyboards.
7) Pulled the CMOS battery and drained the capacitors.

Nothing I have read on the other threads has worked and I've been looking for a solution for several days now.

I do not have Windows 7 Disk in my possession, nor can I access anything but the BIOS on start up due to keyboard inactivity.

Please for the love of god someone find a solution.
