Help needed with a new cpu (I7 4790)

I'm thinking of buying an I7-4790 from CEX but im slightly cautious.. is there any risk involved? and can canyone explain why the 4790k is a whole £115 more?

I think it may be worth a shot since returns are accepted and its so cheap! and i nkow the 4790k exceeds the 4790 massively i just didn't think that would justify a £115 price drop
