I need help setting up a night owl camera system somewhat not fully I got it mostly done however I can't figure how to get the 4th camera to constantly record. The first three that were already setup up with the whole system are working just fine, and have been for 3 days. However I added a 4th over the garage and it's on working and does what I need to for the most part minus the fact that idk how to get it to start recording like the rest ?

Disable recording on one of the other three cameras that is recording.

Then determine if the garage camera will record. Maybe there is a limit on the number of cameras that can continuously record.

If that does not work then take a very close look at the configuration settings for the successfully recording cameras and compare the settings to the failing to record garage camera.

Maybe some setting or limit needs to go from "3" to "4".

Do then the same sort of comparison with respect to the physical installations and connections in place.

Check make, model, version numbers, etc. as well.

I figured it out there are certain things you can do with a mouse you can't do with a keyboard then there are somethings you can do with a keyboard you can't with mouse.
Which is dumb considering there's only one usb port to plug into with

Interesting....

Consider an independently powered USB hub to add more USB ports to your system.

Note: There are USB hubs that rely on system power that could also be used. However that may prove problematic depending on the number and nature of whatever additional USB devices are connected.
