Norton Security recently blocked 70.50.208.80, and I really wanted to see
what website it is. Is there anyway to identify this URL? Thanks in advance

I read about a website where you type the IP and it will show the name of
that website. Would someone tell me what it is?

Using Tom's reference, type the IP Address into the "WHOIS Lookup" box
and hit <Enter>.

That only tells you who the address is registered to, not the
name of the web site.

And, in the case of an ISP owning the address, that's all you're gonna find out.
