Help needed

I have bought a Swimmer MP3 player but my Windows 7 laptop wont recognise it and i can't find a driver download! I have been told the manufacturer is OEM. Anyone got any ideas please?

if you connect the device to your computer, is it detected?

does it show as a removable drive under Computer?

is there any model number on the device?

the computer wouldnt even detect it, just popped up device not recognised and no model number. I took it to my local PC shop and they tested it finding it was faulty. I have sent it back, i received a replacement yesterday and it works fine. thanks for your response
