[HELP] New Build Doesn't Work!

Hi all,

I just put together a new build. I powered on, and I've got a black screen, no BIOS or anything.

My motherboard has a red led next to VGA.

The rear fan is not working. Front fan does.

MSI 1060 is illuminated but the fans aren't spinning.

CPU heat sink is spinning.

Build:
MSI atx micro b150m
MSI gtx 1060
Rosewill Photon 550
Intel i5
Samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd


Please help a rookie.

Everything appears to be connected correctly except one peripheral cord from psu. It is now secure.

And now the entire machine won't turn on. Makes no sense.

Have you tested it outside the case? Reseated all the components? Checked for bent pins in the CPU socket? Tried booting with only one stick of RAM, no GPU, and no other peripherals? You also need to reset the CMOS by removing the CMOS battery for a few minutes with the PSU unplugged.

I'm trying to avoid disassembly first...I switched sockets on the power strip and it powered on again. No red VGA light, but still no picture. Acer monitor is just cycling through the inputs. HDMI and VGA are plugged in.
