Help new build not functioning

New build won't work

Components

asrock p67 fatality
I 5 2500k
Evga 750
G skill 8gb ram
Ssd
Advanced cooler
R9 270x

I am after putting components together and the advanced fans are coming on the reset and power button on the board was red until I switched or the memory for lower performance memory that I had now the reset and power light is normal but I'm still getting no picture to my monitor

Are you connecting the monitor to the graphics card? What ports using (DVI to DVI or different)?

Got the problem fixed.... It was a faulty board
