New Build

Motherboard: Aorus B650 Elite Ax Ice
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 8600G
CPU Cooler: AMD Stealth Wraith Cooler
Ram: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 intel XMP Ready 32 GB 5600MHz
CMK32GX5M2B5600C40
GPU: XFX AMD Radeon RX 580 GTS Edition 8GB
PSU: Evga 750BP 80+ bronze 750w

Was originally having a issue with the mobo taking the Qflash to F20mfor the latest Bios update. Nothing was working to get it to flash. it would just power on the cpu led and then cut off in less then 2 seconds. Came own to formating my Flashdrive to NTFS due to not having FAT32 and the FAT32 drive i have wouldnt work when trying it. After i got the QFlash to work i then assembled the mobo and powered it on, (all outside the case still) i get no display, and the Dram Red LED is on and solid. When you power it on it will light up the Cpu red for a second then straight to DRAM red led and remains.

I have reseated every component in the system multiple times, ive moved the ram around every way possible including without any ram in the mobo. ive swapped to a 500w evga power supply, ive put another working gpu in and still got no display, no post, nothing.

Im lost on what to do. Help recommendations would be awesome.

Inspect CPU socket for any bent or broken pins.

You should be able to get display output from your breadboarded system while on your APU alone(meaning you can ditch the discrete GPU). Rams are in slots A2 and B2?

How are you cooling that APU in your build?

The latest BIOS version is F22b;

Might want to follow through this guide;

So the APU is cooled from the Stock AMD Cooler the cpu came with.
ive tried multiple time to start the system and get a display from the APU with no GPU in as well as a GPU in but plug into the APU still.
I flashed to the Bios F21 because i was told that F22b was a beta Bios and would cause problems to the mobo or other components to the system. maybe i need to try that then and give feed back as to what happens then.
I will get back to you as soon as i have a determination on the flash and attempt to boot

Bios is updated to F22b. Powered on and same status. Receiving Red Dram led with no boot. Plugged into display thru HDMI and Display Port thru APU.
No Change

Also have given time for the Ram to be checked by the system. Multiple hrs of waiting to see if the mobo will read the ram. reseated as well plus returned original ram bought two new ones and got same result
