Question Help new computer crashing while playing games

Hi so i recently built a computer and i keeps crashing in games mainly escape from tarkov and arma 3 are the worst culprits. either the computer will restart completely or it will freeze and become extremely slow like not responding at all. meaning i have restart the system.

I have recently changed the cooler to a dark rock pro 4 and the cpu temperatures seem fine while monitoring them under load could i have messed something up i re seated the memory and gpu reinstalled drivers and did a bios update

Ryzen 7 3700x
powercolor red dragon rx 5700xt
msi gaming plus x570
corsair tmx 750 power supply
16 gb corsair vengeance ram
crucial nvme ssd
seagate hdd

Any help on the matter would be appreciated

Hi thanks not really sure what to look for in task manager not really sure what normal is as for temps cpu sits at around mid 40s and never passes 70 under load scanned the computer for malware and nothing was detected
