Hi all, recently purchased a ryzen 5 5600x and it arrived today after a month of waiting, had a new motherboard waiting for about 2 weeks now, I replaced my core i5-7600k and my b250m for the ryzen 5 5600x and a b550m motherboard.... However, my pc won't post now, all the fans spin up to 100 percent speed on the gpu and system and make alot of noise ,not sure why this is , I've been troubleshooting all day long and can't find a fix
Things I've tried:
Reseating the ram,
Trying ram sticks in multiple slots,
Tried booting off onboard graphics,
Tried booting off the cardboard box for motherboard,
Tried with each different hdd and ssd,
Reseated the cpu and checked for bent or damaged pins
This setup consists of :
Ryzen 5 5600x
Rtx 2060 super
Xfx 550w psu
Gigabyte b550m motherboard
2x 1tb hdd
256gb ssd
Wraith cooler included with cpu
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
