HELP- New Gaming Computer build!

Hello everyone, I wanted to get all of your opinion's on my new build I'm thinking about getting. Tell me how you think this computer will run on games like BF3, Far Cry 3 or COD 4 etc. All at medium or high settings.

What is you budget? If you can I would go with a better graphics card as that one is pretty old now and that psu is overkill, go with a more reliable brand and bring down the wattage.

My main problem is i don't know what graphics card to get for under $50. I don't know if it is worth to save my money for a little bit then buy a better Graphics card??

Your going to need to save money for a better build, BF3 and Far Cry 3 are very graphics intensive and you will not be able to play them very well on this kind of budget.
