HELP... new install not powering up

I have an Asrock Z97 extrem4, HAF 912, Intel 4690 and Ballistic 16GB DIMM and a Corsair CX600 PSU.

I THINK I installed everything correctly (still not sure about the front panel connections).

I try to power it up... and nothing. The led on front panel flashes briefly and thats it. No fans come on (shouldn't the PSU fan at least come on?)

With nothing coming on, can I proceed to debug?

ANY help would be appreciated.

Refer to your motherboard's manual to find where to plug the front panels connectors.

Of course I've done that and the pic is ambiguous.
