Help!!!! new motherboard and widnows will not start

Just got an asrock 450m pro 4 motherboard and Im having issues getting windows to boot. I keep getting windows stop code system service exception aoddriver2.sys

Clean install of windows required. If you did not do any work to prep your existing windows install for a motherboard swap, you are now SOL, up the creek without a paddle. The only option left is a clean windows install.
