Help!! New on Build PC Gaming

Hello guys!. First time I built a PC but reading a lot of reviews I think I screwed up with the components. 
My Pc suddenly stops working for a few seconds then back to normal, even in games. I don’t know exactly what is happening(cause I’m a Mac user). I found some possible solutions about update drivers and about RAM issue. My concern is about RAM cards, cause they are low MHz for the CPU. Can you give an opinion what is happening with my PC and what is going to happen if I keep working with both 16GB RAM?
I share the list of my components:

Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B360-F
CPU: i7 8700K
RAM: x216GB DDR4 21300MHZ Kingston
SSD: Kingston 480GB A400
GPU: Asus Rog Strix GTX 1080

unlocked cpu on locked mb?
low ram doesn't matter and I guess you have 16gb*2? Are they coming in as a pack or 2 single sticks? If 2 single sticks, try to run just 1 stick
what is the psu model?

Is OS fresh new install?

- Yes I know about unlocked CPU on locked MB, I would like to change MB later but meanwhile what can I do...
- Yes RAM cards came as pack of x2 16GB.
- PSU: Seasonic 850w Gold 80Plus Focus SSR-850FX
- About PC, it freezes, nothing working even sounds (just for a few seconds).
- No BSOD
- Drivers... I think I did but I will check again, maybe I missed BIOS update. Dunno about SSD updates/drivers.
- OS fresh install, yes could be, second week with new PC
- About cooler is: Corsair H100i v2

Check cpu gpu temp and usage. Hwinfo is good tool. How about gpu driver?

CPU Temps I think are good, between 27 - 40.
GPU I did't check but temps rises when I play Quake Champs. In Starcraft II, temps are normal cause GPU fans don't work. Just, when I play Quake for a while, the freeze issue is more recurrent. I got the last GPU update yesterday, Aura loses sync with motherboard when I update GPU.

What is your opinion about RAM?, I didn't know I had to get 2400/2666 instead of 2133

Well I did not cause got new SSD, not used. Is that you mean?.
