[SOLVED] Help. New PC crashes every so often

I've just built a new PC worth around d £1500 and it's been ik for not gaming but when I game sometimes the PC just freezes. I still hear my friends on discord but the game either crashes or needs me to reset PC to game again

Re-install GPU drivers, (are you using AMD or NVIDIA?)
