Question Help, new PC will not boot

New build, yellow dram light and cpu red light, things I've tried:

- Waited a long time hoping it was memory training
- Tried different ram slots and only one stick at a time
- Bios update
- CMOS battery reset
- Check most connections

No luck yet, I had a similar issue with my personal build but it was memory training and just had to wait a few minutes, this one I waited 30 minutes and nothing.

Motherboard: MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi
CPU: 7600X
Memory: SiliconPower Zenith RGB DDR5 16GBx2
PSU: CoolerMaster MWe Gold V2 850W
GPU: Sapphire Pulse 7800 XT

Have you overtightened your cooler? The pins behind CPU may getting non-average forces, causing some pins don't touch correctly with the CPU. Try loose your cooler for a bit.
