Question HELP! New rig , cpu usage 95% !!!

Guys I just got my new computer and it cpu goes to 95% when i play FIVEM GTA V. And I can't play. It's totally new, just installed windows!

Ryzen 3600
MSI MPG x570 Gaming Plus
G.skill Ripjaws 2x8gb 3200mhz
Bitfenix Whisper M 650W
WD 1TB BLUE SSD
Sapphire 5700 XT

Are all drivers for motherboard and gpu up to date?

What is the cpu usage when just at Windows desktop?

What speed (GHz) is the cpu running at when in game?

What temperature is the cpu when in game and at Windows desktop?

What's the bios version? I think there was some weird behavior with early X570's.

Ok i installed the latest drivers from the manufacturers' pages and it works fine now! thanks a lot

Also, if you go to amd.com under the drivers section, they probably have more updated chipset drivers as well.
