Question Help New to Gaming PC

Hi, I would like some help buying a gaming PC for my 14y/o son. He currently plays on a PS5 but would like to switch to a PC. I have no idea about them so I'm looking for advice... is it possible to buy a decent bundle with everything needed and Monitor for around £1000? The games he currently plays are - Rust, Overwatch 2, Valorant, Call of duty etc....he says he only needs the 1 monitor but would you recommend 2? Any advice would be great.....

7 year old processor, refurbished monitor, I'm sure everything else is the cheapest stuff they could find.
Not something I would buy.

Building is not too difficult, but if you don't want to do it yourself, get the parts and get it done by a professional/store for a few bucks. You will end up with a far better machine than what's readily available in the market.
You can activate the Windows later on and save money there. There is no performance penalty for it.
