[SOLVED] Help Newbie Halo 3 mod tools

Hello thank you for taking your time to read & help me. I 'm a newbie when it comes to this level of modding games

So i found this mod for Halo 3 but have no clue how to install it. Could someone please give me a step by step guide on how to install this mod.
I have Halo 3 mod tools installed correctly i have all the tag extracted ect but i have no clue how to use sapien or guerilla (i'm guessing these are used to install such mods)

The mod in question is this Halo4 chief ported to Halo 3

A lot of sites that have such mods assume the user already knows how to use the tools required. If not, you need to go to the sites that have downloads for and info about the tools themselves. Often times you can find sites run by the tool author if you include the author's screen name along with the name of the tool in a Google search. If not, just Google for "Sapien guide", or "Guerilla guide". Or, "Halo 3 Mod Tools Guide".

Also, if by chance you're just playing SP, and have a rig capable of playing it, give Halo Infinite a try. The Chief, and the entire game, look far better than any other Halo, and the gameplay far exceeds the others too.

I have played Halo infinite on pc i have a pretty decent rig

I figured out how to use sapien on my own in the end but just wanted to play the halo 3 campaign with this halo 4 chief in MCC

You should probably list your rig spec for future reference so people know better how to answer your questions. Just go to Signature in your Profile settings.

Have fun with your new Master Chief skin! And don't forget to watch the TV show coming 3/24. I was so anxious to see it I made the mistake of trying to watch it 2/24! DOH!
