Question Help newbie to install dual Ram with asus TUF B450M plus gaming ! Thanks

I'm noob. So I bought CPU Ryzen 3500 and main Asus Tuf b450 Plus Gaming but don't know anything about AMD Architecture.
My friends help me update the last ver 2006 of Asus's Bios,
But my new rams can't run dual mode in that main.
These my 2x8GB Ram's series: G.skill TridentZ F4-3000C16D-16GTZR RGB.
Someone helps me know the reasons why my PC only accept me install any Ram of those in Single mode but not dual.

what slot did you put the ram to? turn on the xmp memory profile?

I install 1 Ram in DIMM A1 or A2 then my PC is OK to run.
But I add more 1 Ram to dual My PC never boot anymore in 2 case: A1 + B1, A2+B2
May be my bios was installed asus's bios ver 2006 without install older versions for TUF B450M Plus Gaming is the reason make my PC can 't run dual.
