Hey people, so I just assembled a new computer and am having a lot of trouble with this. I will try to describe the whole scenario.

I bought the following hardware:
Case: NZXT S340 Elite
MB: Asus Strix Z270E
Cooler: NZXT Kraken x62
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700k
RAM: 2x G.Skill TridentZ RGB 8gb 3200 = 16gb
Power Supply: EVGA 750GQ
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO 500gb SSD
Monitor: Samsung U35 4K

I assembled everything together but without the RAM for the first time, I tested it first with a Kingstom 4gb 2133. It worked perfectly, I was able to install windows and drivers. But after installing the drivers and updating BIOS windows had a blue screen. After this the computer did not work anymore, everytime I power it on everything seems to be perfect on the case but no video output is given at all.

Well, what I tried so far:
I did replace the RAM sticks for the G.Skill ones, no change.
I did replaced the MB to another with exactly the same model, no change.
I did removed all the cables and plugged them again, no change.
I did remove the SDD, no change.
I did remove all the cables for USB in the case, no change.
I did tried different output interfaces, HDMI and Display Port, no change.
I did clear the MB CMOS, no change.
I did bought a new monitor, no change.
I did remove the power cable and hold the power button for 1 minute, no change.
I did check the RAM slots in the manual, everything right, no change.
I did even bought new cables, guess what, no change.

For now I am not using any external GPU, so this is not the case.

But after installing the drivers and updating BIOS
I would say bad BIOS flash bricked your board. Never everv update the BIOS unless your having issues with the motherboard.
On the 2nd board did you try one stick of memory at a time in each slot, if so then bent pins in the CPU socket or bad board.

Hi, Thanks for the reply, I did checked the pins, no problem there. The BIOS update could be a problem, but the new MB keep same behaviour with no BIOS update. Is there any chance to be CPU issue?

That is not what your post says it says the first board worked fine before the BIOS update that means all your parts were working.
The 2nd board was not working when you got it so that to me means bent pins or bad board.
A processor that you recive in working condition failing is not a common thing I have never seen a processor die.

Now one more fun fact of this.

When I clear CMOS and try to power it on, the first time VGA LED does not turn on, but nothing happens, the second time the VGA_LED turn on and also nothing happens.

Hey, the problem was really the CPU, changed the i7 and everything works perfect now. It seems I saw a processor die :)
