[SOLVED] Help No Signal, Even after Updating Bios

Hello I recently Bought a Computer and have a tech Assemble it but when he tries to open it it says no Signal, but the tech doesnt know what to do after, my friend told me to update my bios because my B550 Vision D-P isn't 5000 Series ready and I watched a Video how to update my Bios since the Tech doesnt know how. I did what the guy in the tutorial do and when my Pc shutdowns (in the Video his Mobo also shutdowns after the bios update) I tried to put my CPU back and it still says No Signal what can I do to fix it? All of them are brand new it's kinda frustrating i can't use it and the Tech doesn't know what to do
